Leadership & Impact
01
Rise and Roll: Spina Bifida Awareness
As the Co-Founder of Rise and Roll, I lead a strategic initiative dedicated to bridging the awareness gap for the Spina Bifida community. By orchestrating community-wide fundraising events and leveraging social media for advocacy, I have successfully raised significant resources and fostered a network of support for affected families. This role has sharpened my ability to manage complex logistics and communicate a mission-driven vision, reinforcing my commitment to service-led leadership and my future aspirations in the medical field.
02
DECA Strategic Growth Initiative
Serving as Vice President of DECA, I spearhead member recruitment and competitive preparation for one of the school’s most active professional organizations. I mentor peers in developing business acumen and presentation skills, ensuring our chapter maintains a high standard of excellence at regional and state competitions. My leadership focuses on fostering a culture of professional 'Executive Presence,' where I apply strategic planning to enhance our chapter’s visibility and success within the broader business community.

AP Study Group Tutoring Contributor
In my role as the AP Study Group Tutoring Coordinator for the Foundation for Ensuring Access and Equity, I manage a rigorous peer-to-peer academic support system. I curate high-level learning strategies and study guides for complex subjects like AP Calculus and AP Chemistry, ensuring that my peers have the tools to master demanding curricula. By organizing consistent review sessions and providing one-on-one mentorship, I work to eliminate academic barriers and normalize a standard of scholarly excellence within our cohort.
ATHLETIC MERIT
2 x Georgia 5A State Champion & Varsity Soccer Captain
Leading a team through high-pressure playoff brackets into technical excellence. The culmination of discipline, strategic planning, and unyielding persistence on the pitch. River Ridge High School has won both years in a row, winning 2 out of 3 in the past three years.
The Precision of Elite Performance
In soccer, as in orthopedic surgery, success is a product of split-second precision and team synchronization. My role as captain is defined by a commitment to technical mastery and the welfare of my team. This discipline serves as the bedrock for my transition into the medical field—where the high stakes of surgery demand the same mental fortitude and physical control developed on the championship stage.
Commitment to Community Service
The precision of orthopedic surgery begins with a heart for service. My volunteerism is a commitment to the foundational health and leadership of my community.
Faith-Based Servant Leadership
Consistently volunteering with The Factory Church to support local outreach programs, fostering a culture of compassion and community support.
Youth Leadership Advocacy
Serving as a Cobb Youth Leadership Ambassador, representing the next generation of professionals through civic engagement and healthcare advocacy.
Community Health Awareness
Initiating local health awareness efforts that bridge the gap between community needs and the precision of modern orthopedic care.
Values & Aspirations
Born and raised with a commitment to faith, family, and the pursuit of excellence, I have always viewed my journey through the lens of intentionality. As a student-athlete at River Ridge High School, my values were forged at the intersection of high-stakes competition and rigorous academic inquiry. I grew up understanding that being an 'exception' is not a destination, but a responsibility—a mandate to challenge the narrative surrounding Black scholarly achievement and to lead with a servant’s heart. Whether it is feeding the homeless at The Factory Church or advocating for Spina Bifida awareness through 'Rise and Roll,' my foundation is built on the belief that true leadership is measured by the barriers we break for others.
Looking forward, my aspirations are twofold and uncompromising. Professionally, I am training for a career as an Orthopedic Surgeon, where I intend to apply the same precision and resilience I developed as a State Champion soccer player to the field of clinical medicine. My goal is to specialize in sports medicine, bridging the gap between elite athletic performance and transformative patient care. Academically, I am seeking an environment like Georgia Tech, Stanford, or Duke—institutions that demand the highest level of intellectual rigor. I don’t just want to practice medicine; I want to innovate within it, ensuring that the next generation of student-athletes has the support and the examples necessary to turn their own 'exceptions' into the new standard of excellence."
